Eyes help you to capture light rays. What may the eyes of your alien look like?

If you’re in a very dark environment, your alien’s eyes may have shriveled into tiny, useless specks – or they may have grown huge so that they could catch as much light as possible. Think of the many different types of eyes that animals on Earth have evolved: multi-faceted bug eyes, the jumping spider with its array of eight shiny eyes, cat’s eyes, the tiny eye stalks in a snail’s feelers. Each type of eye provides a clue as to how an animal hunts, moves, and spots danger. What will your alien see?
